The terms of buying from SimpliData Hub

SimpliData Hub sells downloadable digital educational products. The current product — a beginner AI course delivered as an instant PDF download, with an editable PowerPoint version included — is described on its product page before you buy. Nothing is shipped: your purchase is delivered digitally as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars on the product page and again at checkout, before you pay. Each product is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges of any kind. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed by the checkout before you confirm your payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your payment details on Stripe's secure checkout pages — SimpliData Hub never sees or stores your card number. By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to process the charge shown to you there.

After a successful payment, your purchase appears under My Purchases when you are signed in with the account you purchased with. Downloads are served through secure, short-lived links, and you can return to My Purchases any time to download again while your account is active.

• Refresh the purchase status page you returned to after checkout, and sign in with the same email address you purchased with.
• Open My Purchases — your download should appear there once payment is confirmed.
• If your purchase still does not appear, email us at support@simplidatahub.com with the email address you purchased with, the date, and what you see on screen.

We verify every payment with our payment processor before granting access, so a short delay right after checkout can happen. If access genuinely fails, we will verify your payment and restore your access or make it right.

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may keep your copies, print them for personal use, and refer to them as often as you like. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the materials, in whole or in part, or make them available to others as a product.

The materials are owned by SimpliData Hub and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These limits restrict only the redistribution of our content — they do not limit the knowledge you gain from it.

Everything SimpliData Hub publishes — the free dictionary and the paid learning packs — is provided for general educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice for your individual situation, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimpliData Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and other applicable consumer protection law.

SimpliData Hub is a Canadian seller. Purchases made through this website are internet agreements under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario), and we honour the protections that Act gives consumers, alongside any other rights you have under Canadian law. These terms do not take away any of those rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you complete your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
