Your privacy, in plain English

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and the name you provide. If you use the Google sign-in option, Google handles that sign-in process.
• Purchase information. When you buy a learning pack, we keep a record of the purchase: the product, the amount, the currency, the payment status, the email address associated with the purchase, and the payment processor's transaction references.
• Payment details. Card numbers and other payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout pages. They are never sent to, seen by, or stored by SimpliData Hub.
• Support messages. When you contact us through the site form or by email, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
• Website use. We do not currently run our own analytics tools, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking on this site. The trusted service providers that operate the website keep the standard technical records needed to run and secure it.

The newsletter sign-up field in the site footer is not currently operational: it does not send or store email addresses.

We use personal information only to:

• Create and maintain your account and keep you signed in
• Process your payment, verify that it succeeded, and keep your purchase history
• Deliver and re-deliver the digital products you buy, through secure download links tied to your account
• Respond to your support, billing and refund questions
• Keep business and tax records where the law requires it, and keep the site running securely

SimpliData Hub uses trusted service providers to operate our website, manage customer accounts, process payments, and deliver digital learning products.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can learn more about Stripe's privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.

We share personal information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to deliver our services and for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information and handle it in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy requirements.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in, a login token is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in; signing out removes it. Signing out and clearing your browser data removes everything this site has stored on your device.

Information travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to personal information is limited to what each function needs: purchase records are restricted so only the buyer and the site's administrators can see them, and purchased files are held in private storage and served only through short-lived, account-specific download links. Because payment details never reach our systems, they can never be stored or leaked from them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

We keep account information while your account is active. Purchase records are retained while your account exists — so your downloads stay available — and where required for tax and accounting purposes. Support messages are kept while needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.

To have your account or personal information deleted, contact us at support@simplidatahub.com. We will remove the personal information we hold, except where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).

Personal information about our visitors is handled in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the fair information principles it sets out: accountability, identifying purposes, consent, limiting collection, limiting use, disclosure and retention, accuracy, safeguards, openness, and individual access.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent for activities that rely on it (where the law allows), or ask how your information has been used. To make any of these requests, contact us at support@simplidatahub.com — we may need to verify your identity first, and we will not charge you for access requests we handle ourselves.

This site is written for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
