Email support@simplidatahub.com with the email address you purchased with, the date of the purchase, and a short description of what happened. There is no special form and no account requirement — a plain email is all we need.

• Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same product
• Failed downloads, or files that will not open or arrived incomplete
• Receiving the wrong product, or a product that does not match its description
• Technical delivery problems — for example, a payment that succeeded but the purchase never appeared in your account
• Refund requests of any kind

Where the problem is access to something you paid for, our first step is always to fix your access — restoring your download usually solves the problem faster than any refund could.

Each request is reviewed on its own facts. When we issue a refund, it is processed back to the original payment method through our payment processor. We do not promise a particular outcome before reviewing a request, and this policy does not create a fixed refund window — it explains how to reach us and how we approach the review.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other applicable consumer protection law. If a legal right entitles you to a remedy, that right stands regardless of what is written here.
